My Story

Earlier in my career, I worked with elite athletes who were training for Olympic golds and Stanley Cups. My job was to take them to their physiological limits. What stayed with me wasn’t just their physical power, it was their focus, discipline, and their ‘yes I can’ attitude.

My position of working with these high performers may have ‘defined me’ for a time; however, what ‘refined me' was when I shifted to part-time work, and I fell into a ‘slack tide’. I live by the ocean, and slack tide is the space between tides. I wasn’t going backward, but I wasn’t going forward either. I became aware that I was on a plateau of overwhelm, internal resistance and low self-efficacy.  The only way out was through. I had to learn to believe in myself, to live in actionability and lean into who I am called to be. This became the foundation of the work I now do with others.

I am an ICF-certified coach and Enneagram practitioner with a background in high-level human performance. Self-efficacy intrigues me. But more than that, I’m someone who’s been in the trenches, who knows how doubt can cripple, the ache of stuck-ness, and the quiet thrill of choosing growth anyway.

What about you…

You’re respected, experienced, and driven by purpose.
And yet… something inside you whispers, There’s more.”

Your belief can flicker. Some days it’s rock solid. Other days it wavers, impacted by your energy, the world around you, or the weight of expectations.

Here’s what I know…
You are more capable than you realize. And self-efficacy, which is the belief that you can, isn’t just a mindset. It’s a muscle. And it grows when you have the right tools, space, and support.
