My Story

Earlier in my career, I worked with elite athletes training for Olympic gold and Stanley Cups. My role was to take them to their physiological limits. What stayed with me wasn’t just their physical power, it was their focus, discipline, and their ‘yes I can’ attitude.

That experience shaped my understanding of performance.

What refined my work came later.

When I shifted to part-time work, I found myself in what I describe as a slack-tide. Living by the ocean, this is the space between tides. I wasn’t moving backward, but wasn’t moving forward either.

From the outside, everything looked steady. Internally, I was navigating overwhelm, resistance, and a loss of confidence in my own capability.

And I realized something important.

The next level isn’t reached through more effort alone. It requires a shift in how you think, trust yourself, and take action.

I had to learn to trust my capability again. To move from hesitation into action. To step into what was being asked of me.

That experience became the foundation of the work I now do.

My Work

Today I work with individuals who are stepping into greater levels of responsibility, influence, and impact.

Many are capable, experienced, and committed, yet navigate moments of self-doubt, increased pressure, or the internal shift that comes with growth.

My work focuses on strengthening your trust in your capability so you can lead with conviction, sound judgement and effectiveness.

What about you…

You’re respected, experienced, and committed.

Yet your belief can flicker. There are moments when your confidence wavers, affected by pressure, your new role, or the weight of expectations.

Here’s what I know…
You are more capable than you realize.

And self-efficacy, the belief that you can, isn’t just a mindset. It’s a muscle. And it grows when you have the right tools, space, and support.
